Edwardian Diamond and Baroque Pearl Necklace/Brooch
ABOUT THIS JEWELRY
In this early-20th-century pendant/brooch, two glittering flowers--the top one spins and is centered by a bright old mine cut diamond, while a stylized tulip sparkles off to the side--create an artful design above a fanciful diamond-frosted crescent embellished with a dangling baroque pearl (very likely natural but undetermined by the GIA) imbued with an enchanting iridescent sheen. Edwardian-era elegance extraordinaire. Total diamond weight, 3.85 carats. Hand fabricated in platinum over 18K gold. Removable chain measures 18 inches.
