ABOUT THIS RING

The delightful diagonal design of this charming early 20th century band presents tiny twinkling single-cut diamonds that alternate with glimmering deep fuchsia-red rubies, all set in an elegant navette shape. The lively quintet is beautifully enhanced on each side by graceful hand-engraved scrolls and gently curved 'waves' of satin-finished gold. A perfect every day band that can also be stacked with others. Hand fabricated in 18K gold. From Birmingham, England (according the the hallmarks), 1911. Currently ring size 7 1/2.
