A majestic gemstone: a gorgeous round cabochon sapphire, weighing in at 9.00 carats, displays a deep, glowing royal blue glow from within a substantial, multi-textured 18K yellow gold mounting, the sides and shoulders of which sparkle with 1.50 carats of small bright-white round brilliant-cut diamonds. A bold and beautiful bauble. Accompanied by a GIA gemological report stating: Indications of Heating. Currently ring size 7 1/2.
