Wow, what's that?! Get ready to field all sorts questions when you wear this intriguing, dare we say curious, jewel. There's some off-the-chart/think outside the box creativity going on here. The shoulders of the lustrous--and ample--18K white gold band are inlaid with buff-top blue topaz, carved on the reverse with pineapple pattern. Crowning the top of this unique base is a lozenge shape, shimmering with 51 icy-white pave-set round brilliant-cut diamonds (.96 carat total weight). A singular and sensational statement piece. Total topaz weight, 3.31 carats. Currently ring size 5 1/2. Possible size 5 to 6 1/2. Condition note: Topaz shows some lite abrasion.
