ABOUT THIS NECKLACE

Dating back to the second decade of the twentieth century, this utterly exquisite and enchanting early-Art Deco masterpiece presents a novel centerpiece--a lustrous, translucent hexagonal rock crystal masterfully hand carved from the reverse with a pair of cherubic young boys (in the buff) together holding aloft a basket of flowers. The intaglio is framed in consummate Art Deco style, sparkling all around with 1.05 carats of small European-cut and single-cut diamonds accented with royal blue sapphire calibre. Hand-fabricated in platinum, this entrancing wearable work of art measures 1 and 7/8 inches long and suspends from its original 18-inch chain.
