ABOUT THIS BROOCH

An improvement on Mother Nature herself! This spectacular flower clip brooch from early/mid-20th-century France (circa late-1920s/early-1930s) blossoms brilliantly with 5 carats of icy-white pavé-set round brilliant-cut diamonds, with a spray of baguette diamonds serving as the stamens, and including a high-quality .45 carat center stone. Virtuosic French design and craftsmanship are readily apparent both front and back - from the magnificent multidimensional sculpture to the expert a-jour settings. 2 inches by just over 1 inch. Unique, chic & magnifique!

About Art Deco Jewelry

Sleek and modern, Art Deco design brought jewelry into the machine age. Yet these stylish pieces still found room for the fine forms and lines of previous eras within their elegant architecture. In particular, we see many peaceful co-habitations of Edwardian and Art Deco styles together.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
