ABOUT THIS BRACELET

Roses are red, sapphires are blue, this pretty line bracelet is perfect for you. Worthy of poetic praise, each link of this sleek and slender original Art Deco bracelet (of French provenance, circa 1920s-30s) is seamlessly set with vibrant blue baguette sapphires (a combination of natural no-heat Burmese and Cambodian (Pailin), and hand engraved on the sides with a decorative shell design. A statement in simplicity when worn alone, it also mixes easily with other bracelets. Total sapphire weight, 14.50 carats. Hand fabricated in platinum, it measures 1/8 by 7 inches. Accompanied by a gemological report by Stone Group Laboratory stating: No Indications of Thermal Enhancement, Mixed origin including Cambodia and Myanmar(Burma). Condition note: Some sapphires show abrasion.

About Art Deco Jewelry

Sleek and modern, Art Deco design brought jewelry into the machine age. Yet these stylish pieces still found room for the fine forms and lines of previous eras within their elegant architecture. In particular, we see many peaceful co-habitations of Edwardian and Art Deco styles together.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
