ABOUT THIS RING

Sunshine on your finger ... and then some! A resplendent, faceted oval sapphire, weighing 11.99 carats, casts a glorious crystalline pastel yellow glow from within a spectacular mounting. Hand fabricated in platinum, the concave rectangular crown, measuring just shy of 7/8 inch, sparkles all around the sapphire with one carat of tiny bright-white pavé-set round brilliant-cut diamonds. The beveled side gallery is artfully adorned with a graceful open scroll design. A sunshiny showstopper, circa mid-20th century. Total diamond weight, 12.99 carats. Currently ring size 5 3/4. Accompanied by a GIA Gemological Report stating: Natural, No Indications of Heating; Geographic origin - Sri Lanka (Ceylon).
