ABOUT THIS BRACELET

Appearing in almost every civilization since the Iron Age, bangles have been made out of everything from ivory to jade to gold. Some are plain and simple, while others are gem-encrusted intricacies. This Mid-Century beauty is in the latter category. Sleek and elegant in design, the top presents a cultured pearl in a shimmering halo of single-cut diamonds, embraced by rows of diamonds. The lustrous and sparkling composition centers a yellow gold frame accented with deep blue enamel, which transitions to the gleaming knife-edge underside of the bangle. Enduring adornment to grace your wrist. Total diamond weight, .40 carat. Rendered in 14K yellow and 14K white (diamond settings) gold, it measures 6 3/4 inches.

About Mid-Century Jewelry

Mid-Century jewelers gave the Victorians a run for their money when it came to variety—with the added bonus of big, bold gems in every shape, size, and color. Themes of previous eras were made fabulous enough to match the optimism of the post-war world. Transitional pieces bridged the gap between the first and second half of the 20th century.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
