Shipments go out Monday through Thursday.
Orders placed prior to 2pm on Friday may be eligible for Saturday delivery, which is available to most locations and can be arranged by special request for an additional $40.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
For all orders over $100,000., shipping and returns are an additional charge. The cost will depend on total value, shipping method and shipping destination and will be quoted prior to shipping. Returns will also be quoted based on total value and shipping method.

We now offer free FedEx Priority or USPS Priority Express overnight shipping on all purchases.
All shipments are insured for the full value of the purchase and require a signature upon delivery. We will contact you to arrange your preferred delivery date and we will not ship without first confirming the date with you. Our insurance requires that someone must be at your address to sign for the package on the delivery date. If there is any deviation from these delivery guidelines, there is no insurance coverage.
Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email from Lang or FedEx. Your package will be sealed with brown paper tape over the flap closures. Please closely examine the package upon receipt for any signs of tampering before signing and accepting delivery. If there is any sign of tampering or indication that the package has been opened, DO NOT accept the package and please contact us immediately
APO addresses have an insurance limit of $5,000 and must be shipped via USPS.
International Shipping
All international packages are shipped via FedEx International Priority service for a flat rate of $110 USD.
Shipping charges do not include local duties or taxes, which must be paid separately. Please consult your local customs organizations to determine your clearance cost obligations. These fees must be paid to FedEx prior to delivery. All returns will also be charged a flat rate of $110 for return shipping.
The same guidelines for domestic shipping regarding packages that, upon delivery, appear to have been tampered with or opened are applicable for international shipments.
Instructions for Internet Return-Free return shipping!
You have 10 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for a full refund. All returned jewelry must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn.
Please contact us at 415-982-2213 or 1-800-924-2213 to arrange for your return. We will email you a prepaid FedEx label and instructions for returning your purchase. Please package the jewelry securely so it does not move around in transit - we suggest double-boxing and taping the outer flaps of the box for security purposes. DO NOT reuse the original shipping boxes. When dropping off the return at a staffed FedEx location, remember to ask for a receipt as your proof of shipment. Once the item is received at Lang, we will contact you to confirm the arrival, check the condition of the item and issue a refund, less any sizing charges if applicable, within 3 days of receipt. A resplendent display of exuberant color, in classic, unrestrained Retro fashion, this bold and bright brooch presents a series of gleaming yellow gold scrolls, three of them tipped with glittering European- and transitional round brilliant-cut diamonds, while ann array of glorious gemstones—garnets, tourmalines, sapphires, spinels, and one ruby—adds a burst of confetti-like color to this vivacious jewel. From France, of course, circa 1940s. Total diamond weight - .70 carat, total colored gemstone weight - 11.30 carats. Hand-fabricated in 18K yellow gold (diamonds set in 18K white gold).
