Sapphire Dangle Necklace, Circa 1900
ABOUT THIS NECKLACE
How sweet is this--a lovely little pinwheel embellished all around with bead-tipped openwork hearts. The light and lacy pendant sparkles at its center with a bright .45 carat cornflower blue sapphire (most likely from Montana) and suspends from an elongated cable chain accented with a single sapphire-set heart. Circa 1900. In 14K gold. Chain measures 15 inches.
