ABOUT THIS RING
A superb and stunning, original Art Deco engagement ring, circa 1920s-30s, die-struck and hand-finished in gleaming 18K white gold by Belais, the first to utilize the higher carat alloy in America. The ring features a bright white and shining quarter-carat transitional European-cut diamond set in a square setting, which seemingly enhances the stone's outline. The mounting is intricately pierced with neoclassical/Art Deco design elements, with two pair of tiny twinklers enlivening the shoulders. A pair of orange blossoms, a traditional symbol of love and marriage, adorn the north and south sides. A pristine and precious timeless treasure. Currently ring size 7.
