Wrapped in a halo of glittering round brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds, a dusky 1.67 carat black opal--its hue beautifully interrupted by lively neon flecks of fiery red, electric green, orange and violet--is embraced by diamond-set shoulders that lead to an ultra-gleaming platinum shank.
