Antique Austro-Hungarian Diamond and Black Enamel Bracelet
ABOUT THIS BRACELET
Rare Austro-Hungarian jewelry is always a tantalizing treat for the eyes--full of detail, dimension, texture, and color. One very cool element of this fabulous Victorian-era bracelet is its colorful patina. The textured bars of the strap, ingeniously connected by golden rings, have over the years taken on hues of deep rose pink with spots here and there of deep peacock blue. Luxe and lithe, the strap connects to a bold cluster clasp centered by a .30 carat old mine-cut diamond, embellished all around with sparkling old mine and rose-cut diamonds and striking black enamel accents. Out of the ordinary, exotic, rare and collectable chic for your wrist. Total diamond weight, 1.00 carat. Hand fabricated in 14K gold, circa 1885, it measures 7 1/2 inches by 1 1/8 inches wide.
