Realistically hand-carved (if you knew Bacchus personally, you'd agree) in rich orange coral, the god of wine, revelry and hangovers is embellished with 24K golden grapes and a single grape leaf in this superb, very far from ordinary brooch from mid-to-latter-nineteenth century Italy. Backed in 18K with double pin. 1 1/4 by just under 1 inch.
