Fascinating. This subtle--yet stunning--early 20th century amulet enchants with a 21.01 carat smoky quartz briollette, embellished by nature with gleaming golden 'needles' (also known as rutile) that cross the gem on the diagonal. Adorned with a hand-engraved fluted cap that glimmers with rose-cut diamonds, the alluring assemblage suspends from an 18-inch darkened silver chain. Hand fabricated in silver and 18K gold.
