Thoroughly dotted with lustrous teeny-tiny seed pearls (plus an handful of micro seed pearls to fill the gaps), this sweet and lovely late-Victorian/ Edwardian-era heart can be worn as both a necklace pendant or pin (by means of a flip-up bail).
