Just like painters mix pigments to create the perfect hue, sometimes gemstones are enhanced to give life to a new color. The dazzling sapphires in this distinctively designed estate ring, originally a natural shade of yellow, obtained their vibrant marmalade-orange color through an infusion of the elemental metal, beryllium. Chemical specifics aside, the result is absolutely gorgeous. Twelve invisibly-set scissor-cut stones, set in a bright bezel, form a center rectangle that glistens inside a fiery frame of icy-white round brilliant-cut diamonds and round sapphires, creating a spectacular splash of glorious color and sparkle. 3/4 inch. Total sapphire weight - 2.85 carats, total diamond weight - .50 carat. In 18K white gold, currently ring size 6 1/4
