ABOUT THIS BROOCH

Well, look at this--some of ancient Egypt's most recognized structures and symbols assembled in one modestly sized brooch. Hand fabricated in lustrous 14K gold - circa 1900 - it features The Great Pyramid of Giza (tomb of King Khufu); the Sphinx (a mythical creature with the head of a human, the body of a lion, and the wings of an eagle); a crescent moon (symbolizing lunar power) studded with rose-cut diamonds and rubies; and lotus flowers (representing rebirth) brightly colored with red, green, blue, and white enamel. Super cool, and quite the conversation starter. And oh, check out the reverse side!
