English Victorian Diamond and Garnet* Bracelet
40-1-11413
ABOUT THIS BRACELET
It's icing on the cake or, in this case, icing on the bracelet. Lovely and lightly crafted in bright buttery 9K yellow gold, this Victorian-era jewel is beautifully decorated with delightful Etruscan-style borders and flourishes. The velvety smooth center plaque--trimmed with twisted textured coiled wire accented with tiny gold spheres-- is punctuated with a lively old mine-cut diamond in a star setting that twinkles between glimmering garnet* doublets (garnet tops backed with red glass). Curling leafy vines of twisted wire create pretty flourishes on each side. Sweet! Quite lovely worn alone, it also plays well with others. Try stacking it with similar styles: 40-1-11417, 40-1-11418. Hand fabricated in Great Britain, circa 1900-1910, it measures 6 3/4 inches. *Original to the bracelet.
