English Victorian Turquoise and Diamond Ring
30-1-13716
ABOUT THIS RING
A streak of bright blue, courtesy of five cabochon turquoises, gleams across the top of this beautifully detailed Victorian band ring. Accented in between with tiny twinkling rose-cut diamonds, the stones are set in platinum (an early use of the metal during the end of the period) over 18K yellow gold atop a yellow gold shank. A side gallery of dainty curlicues adds the finishing detail to this lovely finger-brightening jewel. Hand fabricated in England, circa 1890, currently ring size 6 1/4.
