A single drop--a dazzling, icy-white 1.01 carat pear-shaped diamond--has fallen, and settled, in the midst of a dome shimmering with vibrant yellow round brilliant-cut diamonds, all blazing across the top of this bold, bright yellow gold band. Smashing! Total diamond weight, 2.21 carats. In two-tone 18K gold, diamonds are set in white gold. Currently ring size 5.
