Red hearts are so obvious and old hat. So, here we have a beautiful blue heart-shaped sapphire, weighing 1.20 carats. The richly saturated royal blue gemstone glistens and glows from within a bezel-setting, surrounded by small glittering white diamonds, diagonally intersected with a golden sash, all of which are supported by shoulders adorned with double rows of calibre sapphires. Perfect with blue jeans or blue satin. Total diamond weight - .30 carat, total sapphire weight - 2.10 carats. In 18K yellow gold, currently ring size 6 1/4. Accompanied by a gemological report from Stone Group Laboratories stating: Indications of thermal enhancement. Ceylon (Sri Lanka) origin.
