ABOUT THIS RING

You've heard that tying a ribbon around your finger helps you remember something. Why do that when you can 'tie' on a super pretty diamond bow like the one that tops this chic estate ring. The crisp stylized bow effervesces at the center of bright baguette diamond ribbons with a 1.23-carat Champagne-colored (natural, fancy yellowish brown in GIA terms) round brilliant-cut diamond. But wait, there's more. The shoulders glitter with three rows of smaller glittering round brilliant-cuts that lead to a high-polish 18 karat white gold shank. One thing we know for sure, you won't forget to look at your hand--often. Total diamond weight, 2.23 carats. Accompanied by a GIA Grading Report stating: Natural Fancy Yellowish Brown color - SI2 clarity. Currently ring size 6.

How to Pair Your Wedding Band

You found your ideal, beautiful, one-of-a-kind antique or vintage engagement ring… and then realized that you need a wedding band to go with it. Pairing the two can be tricky, since vintage engagement rings rarely come with matching bands, and many modern bands don’t accommodate vintage shapes and designs. So we created a line of vintage-style wedding bands, modeled after original pieces from our collection.

About Estate Jewelry

Though it calls to mind grand manor houses in the English countryside, “estate” is just a fancy way of describing any piece of jewelry with a previous owner. That’s pretty much everything in our collection. We tend to use “estate” to refer to pieces in our collection with a more modern or contemporary design, or vintage-inspired designs. These perennial gems are selected in harmony with our original antique and vintage pieces…they’re just a little bit younger!

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
