The classic combination of a sapphire set in a diamond halo is taken to another level in this elegant estate jewel. A vivid blue 1.56 carat oval sapphire glimmers in a surround of 12 crisply sparkling round brilliant cut diamonds, all supported by gently tapered split shoulders that shimmer with three rows of tiny round brilliant-cuts that lead to a lustrous 18K gold shank. Total diamond weight, .72 carat. Currently ring size 4 3/4.
