Some like their jewelry bright and flashy, while others prefer subtle and subdued. This uber-cool estate jewel decidedly belongs in the latter category. An enchanting stone, a 1.92 carat pear-shaped diamond, described by the GIA as Natural, Fancy Dark Brown, Even color, VS1 clarity--and less formally by us as a rich coffee color with a hint of cinnamon--radiates atop softly glittering shoulders pavé-set with diamonds lightly tinged with touches of brown and gray, all of which are presented in graphite colored 18K black gold. Understated elegance par excellence. 2.56 carat total diamond weight. Currently ring size 6 1/4.
