This gorgeous, vibrant royal blue gem is an unheated sapphire possessing a fine velvety color reminiscent of historic Kashmir sapphires. The ring is accompanied by an AGL (American Gemological Laboratory) Grading and Origin Report verifying the sapphire as a natural, no-heat gemstone originating from Pailin,* Colombia, which has been an important source of fine sapphires for hundreds of years. The enchanting 2.02 carat gemstone fills a halo sparkling with sixteen lively round brilliant-cut diamonds. A captivating classic. Total diamond weight, .50 carat. Crafted in 14K gold, currently ring size 7. *Of all sapphires, the silken, velvety quality and cobalt blue hue of Pailin sapphires most resemble the rare, prized sapphires from Kashmir, and this enchanting gemstone is no exception.
