ABOUT THIS RING

Colombia is the only country in South America that has coastlines on both the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, it has a vibrant music scene, and it is the world's leading source of one of the most captivating gems: the emerald. Imbued with an enchanting *rich deep bluish-green hue, the gorgeous 3.03 carat stone that glistens and glows atop this stunning ring is buttressed by sparkling sprays of bright icy-white round brilliant-cut and marquise diamonds that lead to a lustrous 18K white gold ring shank. A truly breathtaking beauty. Total diamond weight, .77 carat. Hand fabricated, it is currently ring size 6 1/2. Accompanied by a GIA Gemological Report stating: Natural Beryl - Emerald. Minor clarity enhancement (F1), Geographic origin - Colombia. ,p. *Of all gemstones, photos can't begin to capture the depth of color and brightness of emeralds, and the highly magnified photography exaggerates the inclusions. Thus you'll be pleasantly surprised when you experience it in person!

About Estate Jewelry

Though it calls to mind grand manor houses in the English countryside, “estate” is just a fancy way of describing any piece of jewelry with a previous owner. That’s pretty much everything in our collection. We tend to use “estate” to refer to pieces in our collection with a more modern or contemporary design, or vintage-inspired designs. These perennial gems are selected in harmony with our original antique and vintage pieces…they’re just a little bit younger!

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
