Brazil is home to some magnificent gemstones, among the rarest and most desirable being gemmy alexandrites. Weighing in at a double-lucky .77 carat, this enchanting gem is imbued by Mother Nature with a sensational color change from teal green to royal purple (accompanied by a GIA Alexandrite Origin Report that more clinically describes the color change from green-blue to purple). The stunning stone performs its rare magic from within a sparkling halo composed of eight bright white round brilliant-cut diamonds supported by pavé diamond-set shoulders and a pair of gleaming white tapered baguette diamonds. Sturdily crafted in lustrous platinum. 1.18 carat total diamond weight. Currently ring size 5 3/4.
