A spectacular universe of electric rainbow hues (virtually all of them) inhabits this relatively petite, yet powerful, Australian black opal. The magnificent gemstone performs its multi-chromatic magic between fans of tapered baguette diamonds (east and west) and crescents of small round brilliant-cut diamonds (north and south), creating an extraordinary burst of color and sparke. Total diamond weight, .94 carat. Rendered in platinum, currently ring size 6 3/4.
