A plump powder-blue oval aquamarine, weighing 4.43 carats, is merrily surrounded by 18 bright and sparkling round brilliant-cut diamonds, in this lovely confection of color and light. Total diamond weight, .71 carat. Rendered in lustrous platinum, it is currently ring size 6 1/4.
