An impressive and intriguing gemstone--an elegantly elongated, dark and dusky black opal, weighing approximately 7 carats--is suffused with flashing highlights of fiery electric colors: orange, red, yellow, green and indigo, which are especially vibrant under direct light. The exotic gemstone is nestled within an oval frame composed of bright-white and sparkling round brilliant-cut diamonds, punctuated by eight rich royal blue pear-shaped sapphires, all of which are supported by split diamond-set shoulders. Hand fabricated in platinum, this one-of-a-kind head turner measures 1 1/8 inches long. Total diamond weight - 1.35 carats, total sapphire weight - 1.10 carats. Currently ring size 5 1/4.
