We don't come across cabochon aquamarine rings too often, and this one is a marvel. Shimmering à la moonstone (due to its wispy inclusions), the enchanting gemstone, weighing 13.17 carats, casts a luminous sky blue glow from within a ballerina mounting composed of gently undulating icy-white baguette diamonds and an inner circle of teeny-tiny full-cut diamonds. The captivating composition is presented in lustrous platinum and finished with an under gallery designed with a gracefully stylized heart motif. A big beautiful bauble measuring 7/8 inch across. Total diamond weight, 1.63 carats. Currently ring size 7 1/2.
