Utterly charming, this fresh little leaf sparkles with lively round brilliant-cut diamonds and bright spring green demantoid garnets. Two cabochon moonstones (dewdrops?) join the mix and, surprise--a tiny diamond-set butterfly has made its home on the back side. Guaranteed to make you smile. Total garnet weight, 1.33 carats. In 18K gold. Chain adjusts to 17 1/2 inches.
