It's a rare celestial occurrence--a golden full moon glowing between twinkling stars. Actually, it's something very close. This stunning estate jewel centers a captivating golden South Sea pearl (measuring 11.72 x 11.87 millimeters), it's luminous luster enhanced east and west by split shoulders sparkling with lively bright-white round brilliant-cut diamonds, and a single marquise diamond, all atop a bright circle of gleaming 18K gold. Total diamond weight, .45 carat. Divine!
