ABOUT THIS RING

Cool and quirky, this ring was designed by a jeweler who was not bound by convention. Rendered in 18K gold, its shoulders, set with deep blue calibre-cut sapphires, sweep up at different angles to join an intriguing assemblage--a glimmering heart-shaped sapphire set on an angle and accented with an almost-halo of crisp round brilliant-cut diamonds and a ribbon of flashing baguettes. An out-of-the-ordinary jewel for out-of-the-ordinary you. Total diamond weight - .69 carat, total sapphire weight - 1.62 carats. Currently ring size 6 1/2. Sapphire accompanied by a gemological report from Stone Group Laboratories stating: Indications of thermal enhancement. Madagascar - origin.

About Estate Jewelry

Though it calls to mind grand manor houses in the English countryside, “estate” is just a fancy way of describing any piece of jewelry with a previous owner. That’s pretty much everything in our collection. We tend to use “estate” to refer to pieces in our collection with a more modern or contemporary design, or vintage-inspired designs. These perennial gems are selected in harmony with our original antique and vintage pieces…they’re just a little bit younger!

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
