In this classic estate jewel, a modestly sized but gemmy ruby, weighing just shy of a half-carat (.48 carat), glistens and glows with a rich, vibrant, crystalline red radiance from within a sparkling halo of eight bright, icy-white round brilliant cut diamonds. Total diamond weight, 1.00 carat. Rendered in gleaming platinum, it suspends from a chain that adjusts from 14 1/2 to 16 inches.
