Leave it to the French to create a cool square locket that hangs on the bias. Hailing from Paris in the late 1800s, this one is embellished with a radial ray design that causes a nifty optical illusion and is engraved around its perimeter with a neoclassical pattern. Opening to reveal a double compartment, the crisply angled keeper of favorite photos suspends from a 16-inch chain. Hand fabricated in 18K gold.
