ABOUT THIS RING

The website of the award-winning jewelry designer Jose Hess encourages lovers of beautiful jewels to "Embrace fabulousness." With a focus on designs that can be "paired with red carpet gowns as easily as with jeans and a t-shirt," Hess's jewels have found favor with celebrities such as Demi Moore and Arianna Grande. This arresting ring—bold, deeply dimensional, and sparkling with creatively arrayed diamonds—indeed offers finger fabulousness. Its concave center shines with a crisp 1.00-carat round brilliant-cut diamond, enhanced in sparkle east and west by tapered baguette and princess-cut stones, while arcs of round brilliants shimmer north and south, all transitioning to a wide, grooved shank. Perhaps it will find favor with a celebrity such as yourself. Total diamond weight, 2.35 carats. In 18K yellow gold, it is currently ring size 6 3/4. GIA Diamond Grading Report states: H color - SI1 clarity.

How to Pair Your Wedding Band

You found your ideal, beautiful, one-of-a-kind antique or vintage engagement ring… and then realized that you need a wedding band to go with it. Pairing the two can be tricky, since vintage engagement rings rarely come with matching bands, and many modern bands don’t accommodate vintage shapes and designs. So we created a line of vintage-style wedding bands, modeled after original pieces from our collection.

About Estate Jewelry

Though it calls to mind grand manor houses in the English countryside, “estate” is just a fancy way of describing any piece of jewelry with a previous owner. That’s pretty much everything in our collection. We tend to use “estate” to refer to pieces in our collection with a more modern or contemporary design, or vintage-inspired designs. These perennial gems are selected in harmony with our original antique and vintage pieces…they’re just a little bit younger!

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
