Ten icy-white, high-quality round brilliant-cut diamonds (totaling 1.10 carats), and trios of vivid crystalline green round and marquise emeralds sparkle, glisten and glow all around a central round emerald (1.25 carat total emerald weight) in this cheerful and colorful confection by the great American jeweler to the jewelers -- Oscar Heyman. Circa 1960s-70s. Currently ring size 6.
