Portuguese Victorian-Inspired Turquoise Chrysocolla Buckle and Tassel Bracelet
ABOUT THIS BRACELET
Victorian buckle bracelets are so chic that the style endured well past the era. This eye-catching version (from Portugal!) was fashioned in 1938 right around the fabulous Retro period. The mesh-like bracelet, hand fabricated in 19K gold (rare), is comprised of tiny flowers bordered by tubular beads, while cheery bright blue chrysocolla quartz cabochons (common substitutes and dead ringers for turquoise) embellish the buckle parts as well as the dome-topped tassel that dangles from the end tip. An uncommonly cool wrap for your wrist, it measures 7 inches.
