From Birmingham, England, circa 1920, a very sweet and petite (3/4 inch without the loop by 5/8 inch) puffed heart locket hand crafted in rich 15ct. gold and beautifully hand engraved on both sides. A blank shield awaits your monogram. The locket opens to reveal an image of "Fatty" the napping cat. The vintage chain measures 16 inches.
