A sapphire-petaled, diamond cluster-centered flower glistens and glows amidst four sparkling diamond-set ribbons, in this low-profile--but high-impact estate--jewel rendered in gleaming platinum. Total diamond weight -  1.40 carats, total sapphire weight -  2.44 carats. Currently ring size 5 3/4.
