Whimsically referred to as macaroni links, and sometimes barbershop (sign) links, the classic spiral design of this mid-to-late 20th century wrist bauble has been variously employed throughout the years. And this one, with its intricate open18K yellow gold lattice links, interspersed with contrasting sparkling white diamond-set links (sixty-five small round brilliant-cut diamonds total 3.50 carats), is a breed apart. 7 1/2 inches long.
