This large and lavish (and quite rare) Edwardian hair ornament, delicately hand crafted in platinum – circa 1915, measures over three inches long by just under one inch wide. This fanciful and feminine adornment glistens with a center row of nine bezel-set antique cushion-cut diamonds entwined in delicate geometric platinum lace work. The center section is framed by a flowing diamond-set wave pattern, and both sections are outlined in a distinctive beaded motif.
