However, the truly amazing aspect of this rare and gorgeous piece is the 4 and 3/4 inch-long by 1 and 3/16 inch-wide bracelet composed of intricately woven human hair! The reverse of the bracelet is engraved – “Esther Barlow Heyworth – Oct, 13th, Feb 1828 At, 18.”
