Beautifully coiffed and bedecked in pearls, this lovely lady in profile is masterfully carved in translucent agate and is strikingly accented by a frame decorated with black enamel stripes punctuated with luminous seed pearls. Very Victorian and versatile, it can be worn as a pendant or as a brooch. Circa 1880. 2 by 1 5/8 inches. In 14K yellow gold.
