Dating back to the turn-of-the-20th-century, a resplendent faceted round amethyst casts an enchanting deep royal purple glow from within a ring of black-dotted white enamel encircled in turn by a halo of tiny lustrous seed pearls, which also adorn the sides of the sleek knife-edge design of this distinctive and striking Victorian-era wrist bauble. Hand fabricated in 15ct. yellow gold, hence of British origin, it measures 6 1/2 inches.
