Victorian 14K yellow gold cobalt blue enamel pendant locket with a central star motif set with an old mine cut diamond (.10 carat, G-H color, VS clarity) and radiating out with fourteen rose cut diamonds (.20 carat total weight) featuring a delicate scrolling foliate motif border and bail. This locket measures 1 3/4 long by 1 wide.
