ABOUT THIS NECKLACE
Dating back to the latter-19th century/turn-of-the-20th-century, this 1 3/4+ inch long and lovely Victorian lavalière necklace, features an elegant mirror-image scroll design, creating a stylized heart motif that is crowned with an old mine navette diamond and supports a freely swinging flower centered drop. Most likely of British origin. Numerous rose-cut and old mine-cut diamonds total over 2.00 carats. Pendant hand fabricated in silver over 14K gold. The 9K chain measures 15 3/4 inches.
